This Privacy Policy explains how we, MoCash Online Services Private Limited (branded as “MoCash”), collect, process and use information of our users (hereinafter addressed as “you”, “your”, “yourself”). Our mobile application is meant for finding best deals through cash backs and discounts around your location where we list our local store partners. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect through our mobile application.

What personal data and information we collect?

We obtain your personal data and information through two sources-

1. User Provided Information: We obtain your information such as your name, email address, phone number and gender etc you provide on our platform when you download MoCash application and register.

Automatically Collected Information: Our mobile application may collect certain information automatically such as your location, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, circle of the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

What do we do with your personal information?

We may use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions. We may use GPS technology to collect your current location data in order to provide you the best deals from the local stores around you at real-time. Your personal information can be used to improve our services and user experience on our mobile application and also to enforce our legal rights as permitted under law. Your personal data will be retained by us till you send an Account Deletion Request.

Do third parties have access to your personal information?

We respect your privacy and NEVER sell/rent/share your personal information to anyone. However your comments and other actions specific to our system might be visible to other users and merchants on the platform. But without your prior consent such users will not have access to your contact information.

We retain user provided data for as long as you use the application and your account is active. We will also retain your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the application to function properly. If you don’t like MoCash to retain the User Provided Data that you have provided via the application, then please uninstall the application.

In addition, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our application.
